Instructions
Your pre- and post-operative care are key components of your oral surgery treatment and are instrumental in ensuring you have a positive experience and receive optimal results. The best way you can prepare for your surgery and help ensure we don't run into any complications is to follow your pre-operative instructions. These instructions will contain guidelines to follow regarding what to wear and whether you need to abstain from eating before your procedure.
Your post-operative instructions will outline more specifically the steps you need to follow after your procedure. They will be specific to your treatment and will help you navigate every aspect of recovery, including which foods to eat and which to avoid, how much activity is okay, how to manage bleeding and/or discomfort, and more. It's important that you review and understand these instructions before treatment so you can have any questions answers. Please feel free to contact our office if any part of these instructions is unclear.
