Dr. Gadh attended Emory University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. Following graduation, he spent a year as a research intern in the Women’s Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, studying cardiovascular disease in women. He then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree.

Dr. Gadh completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts Medical Center, where he received comprehensive training across the full scope of the specialty, including dental implant surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, general anesthesia and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. During residency, he developed a particular interest in TMJ surgery, complex facial trauma, and advanced reconstructive techniques. 

Following residency, Dr. Gadh pursued advanced fellowship training in TMJ and Endoscopic Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph McCain. His fellowship focused on minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgery of the TMJ, as well as open joint surgery and reconstruction for the treatment of complex TMJ pathology. He also received advanced training in endoscopic techniques for the management of maxillofacial trauma.

Outside of work, Dr. Gadh enjoys staying active through swimming, tennis, and fitness. He also loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, and sharing these experiences with his wife.

About Dr. Gadh 

A Southern California native, Dr. Adit Gadh was born and raised in Santa Monica and attended Harvard-Westlake High School. After more than a decade of education and surgical training across Atlanta and Boston, he returned home to Los Angeles to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery and serve the community where he grew up. 

Dr. Gadh has a particular interest in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques, facial trauma and reconstruction, and dental implant surgery. His advanced fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital allowed him to develop expertise in both arthroscopic and open surgical management of complex TMJ disorders, as well as endoscopic approaches to maxillofacial surgery. 

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Gadh has remained active in academics, research, and surgical education. He has authored multiple research publications and book chapters focused on TMJ pathology and treatment. During his fellowship, he also served as a junior attending at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he participated in the education and surgical training of residents and dental students. 

Dr. Gadh recently returned to Southern California with his wife and is excited to once again call California home. Outside of surgery, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, swimming, playing tennis, and staying active.
