Dr. Lee attended Pacific Union College for his undergraduate studies where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He went on to attend the UCLA School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He then obtained his medical degree (MD) at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
Residency

Dr. Lee completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital, one of the most prestigious training programs in the country. There he had the opportunity to train with some of the most well respected leaders in the specialty. Dr. Lee has a special interest in orthognathic surgery, TMJ replacement surgery, jaw reconstruction (Jaw in a Day), and maxillofacial trauma.

Dr. Lee is a Diplomate and Board Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and a fellow of the American Academy of Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons. In addition, Dr. Lee is a clinical faculty member of the Division of Otolaryngology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, where he has the opportunity to teach residents.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys family time with his wife, two daughters and two dogs. He enjoys rooting for his favorite teams the Los Angeles Chargers, Portland Trailblazers and Oregon Ducks.
About Dr. Lee
Dr. Lee was born and raised in Portland, OR where he was introduced to dentistry by his mother who was a dental lab technician. While in dental school, he was introduced to the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by Dr. Robert Relle who had a practice limited to major hospital surgery. After residency, he joined LACOMS because of its reputation for full scope surgery and great patient care.
Dr. Lee most enjoys the diversity of his practice and providing each patient with an individualized treatment plan.
